The main goal of Module One is to help our members identify their natural talents, and incorporate them into their education and career planning while projecting accomplishment milestones for their future. The module also prompts a reflection on their family’s past and forward looking plans for standard of living and quality of life.

The main goal of Module Two is to reinforce our members’ positive character traits to strengthen their confidence, self image and self esteem in a way that improves their relationship with themselves, their family and friends, their neighborhood and wider community.

The Main Goal of Module Three is to have our members clarify their own values by analyzing the values being driven by the culture or the world, to assess the values being exhibited in their community, and to fuse the values promoted by their family and spirituality to strengthen their positive values.

The Main Goal of Module Four is to introduce our members to a systematic methodology to tackle critical decisions. It also introduces them to tactics and strategies for projecting their thoughts into reality, positioning themselves to cultivate success and using escalation of commitment positively.

The Main Goal of Module 5 is to equip our members with strategies to take charge of their environments and social groups by not only resisting negative peer pressure but by skillfully reversing it for positive outcomes.

The value of effective listening skills to everything young students do cannot be overemphasized. The Main Goal of Module 6 is to help our members understand the process of communication and how to improve every aspect of it by paying intentional attention to the listening component.

Public speaking opportunities often arise and most people will admit that they are some of life’s scarier prospects. Module 7 reduces the fear of public speaking by increasing our members’ capacity to prepare, improving their oral delivery and boosting their overall confidence in sharing information in front of an audience.

Healthy living goes hand-in-hand with productivity so while the other modules prepare the psyche and minds of our members for excellence, Module 8 extends this vibrancy to the body and being in good, healthy, physical condition.

Financial literacy becomes even more important as young students exit high school and enter college. This Module 9 informs any gaps that may exist for our members’ understanding of finances, and prepares them for the financial decisions that inevitably arise during and after college.

Diseases, especially those of a chronic nature can derail life plans and debilitate individuals and families. Module 10, similar to Module 8, prepares our members to adopt a healthier lifestyle by focusing on diet and nutrition and avoiding diseases.

The taboos surrounding gender, sex and sexuality education have not wane even though the topics are the fodder for political discourse. Module 11 helps prepare our members to expertly navigate these delicate, sensitive and oftentimes divisive issues.

Besides preparing our members to interact positively in a global environment, Module 12 covers topics that improves their understanding of entering into transactions, negotiations, cultivating goodwill and putting themselves in the best position to succeed.
